The AI Citation Foundation Build, in full
The complete $5,999 productized engagement KailxLabs ships in 10 working days and tracks for 45. Nine deliverable categories. The evidence layer AI engines use to cite a business — not just a website.
KailxLabs sells exactly one productized engagement: the AI Citation Foundation Build. Five thousand nine hundred ninety nine dollars, one time, by application. Ten working days from kickoff to launch. Forty five days of live AI visibility tracking. Cited by name on at least one agreed high-intent query across at least two agreed AI/search engines by day forty five, or the full build fee is refunded and the client keeps everything.
Why a website rebuild alone is not enough
Short answer. A fast website makes a business readable. It does not automatically make a business trusted. AI engines do not recommend businesses based on the business's own website alone. They cross reference Schema.org entity graphs, Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Yelp, niche directories, Reddit threads, Quora answers, industry publications, and review platforms. The AI Citation Foundation Build is the combined layer: AI-readable website plus structured data plus entity synchronization plus review language plus directory consistency plus light citation activation plus AI visibility tracking. The goal is not only to launch a better website. The goal is to make AI engines understand what the business offers, verify that information across trusted sources, cite the brand in high-intent answers, and send qualified prospects to the booking flow.
The nine deliverable categories
1. AI Visibility Audit
Twenty real buyer-intent prompts run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Google AI Mode, and Google AI Overviews from the client's service state. A competitor citation gap report names which competitors are cited and on which engines. An engine-by-engine visibility check shows the current baseline. The agreed query set is locked in writing and used for the day-45 measurement. The audit PDF lands in 48 hours. If the gap is small, KailxLabs says so and the engagement does not proceed.
2. AI-Readable Website Rebuild
Server-rendered or static architecture. Fast-loading HTML the AI crawler receives in full on the first request. Mobile-first conversion design. Clear H1 and H2 structure. Answer-first copy written in a format the AI will quote verbatim. Service pages, city and location pages, FAQ sections, comparison tables, proof and trust sections, booking and contact CTAs.
3. Service-Specific Citation Pages
Buyers do not search for the category. They search for the specific service with the specific intent: "best GLP-1 clinic in Austin under $300/month," "Joint Commission accredited dual diagnosis rehab Florida cash pay," "ABPS certified mommy makeover surgeon Chicago." KailxLabs builds a dedicated citation page for every high-value service the business offers and a localized page for every high-intent city and service combination. Each page answers buyer questions directly: pricing, eligibility, process, comparison. Answer capsules at the top of each page.
4. Schema.org Entity Graph
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Person, FAQPage, WebPage, BreadcrumbList. Plus vertical-specific schema where relevant: MedicalClinic, Dentist, LegalService, Attorney, HomeAndConstructionBusiness. Every entity connected via @id reference so the AI can traverse the entity graph cleanly. Every claim that needs verification (accreditations, certifications, board status, years in operation) is encoded as structured data.
5. AI Crawler and Manifest Setup
llms.txt at the domain root, under three thousand tokens, structured in five sections. agents.md operating manifest with endpoints, citation preference, and agent operating rules. ai.txt declaring training and citation permissions. robots.txt permissive for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google Extended, anthropic ai, and twenty plus AI crawlers. sitemap.xml with per-page lastmod. IndexNow auto-ping on every deploy. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools submission guidance documented.
6. Entity Synchronization
AI engines do not recommend businesses they cannot verify. If Google Maps says one address and Yelp says another, the AI does not trust either. KailxLabs delivers checklists for Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, and the niche directories that matter for the vertical. LinkedIn and company profile copy. SameAs entity list for the schema graph. Brand and entity consistency checklist the client or their VA can run in thirty minutes.
7. Citation Activation Pack
AI engines pull from third-party corroboration. The activation pack seeds the corroboration layer: five directory and profile descriptions, three Reddit and Quora answer drafts written to be quoted verbatim by ChatGPT and Perplexity, one founder or provider LinkedIn article draft, one YouTube or video transcript brief, one local PR pitch template. A review language system helps the AI quote actual reviews for subjective queries like "safest" and "best results." An external validation checklist documents which third-party signals matter most for the vertical.
8. Lead Capture System
The website is the lead capture surface. Primary conversion CTA above the fold. Mobile tap-to-call CTA for the verticals where the call is the conversion. Lead form with the minimum fields required for qualification. Calendar embed support (Cal.com, Calendly, NexHealth). Thank-you page that confirms next steps. AI visibility report CTA for prospects not ready to book. Conversion event setup guidance for analytics. UTM tracking recommendations so AI-sourced traffic is attributable.
9. 45-Day AI Visibility Tracking
The agreed query set is checked weekly across the agreed engine set. Engine-by-engine citation tracking shows which engines have started citing the business by name. Competitor citation notes show which competitors still hold the position. A day-45 citation report documents the result. Raw response logs are delivered where feasible. If the milestone is met, the engagement closes. If not, the full build fee is refunded.
What is not included in the foundation
The foundation makes the business citable. The following items belong to optional retainers, not the build:
- Ongoing reputation management
- Guaranteed review acquisition
- Paid advertising or PPC management
- Full PR campaign
- Ongoing Reddit and Quora management
- Guaranteed third-party media placements
- Monthly guest posts
- Podcast booking
- Continuous content publishing after launch
- Ongoing backlink campaign
The forty five day citation guarantee
If the business is not cited by name for at least one agreed high-intent query across at least two agreed AI/search engines (selected from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Google AI Mode, and Google AI Overviews) by day forty five, KailxLabs refunds the full five thousand nine hundred ninety nine dollar build fee within seven business days of the day forty five measurement.
The client keeps the website, code, schema, and content either way.
A query is counted as cited when the AI engine's first answer names the client business in the answer body or recommendation set for an agreed high-intent query. Paid placements, unrelated footnotes, post-clarifier mentions, and source-only appearances without brand recommendation do not count. The agreed query set and the agreed engine set are locked in writing before kickoff and cannot be modified mid engagement.
