Terms of service.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms apply to any engagement between KailxLabs, led by Kailesk Khumar, and the client that signs the engagement letter.

2. The free AI read

The free read is a sample: a few of your buyer questions asked on the main AI apps, reported as counts and labelled a sample. It is free, carries no obligation, and is not a measurement you should make decisions on.

3. The AI visibility baseline

The baseline costs $1,500, is delivered within five working days of agreeing the question list, and covers 50 buyer questions on four to six AI apps. The baseline fee is credited in full if you start a program within 30 days.

4. One time builds

The answer ready build costs $4,995 and AI shopping readiness costs $4,995. Each is invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery. The answer ready build is delivered in 10 working days from kickoff and receipt of the materials we ask for, then tracked for 45 days.

5. The local build guarantee

If you are not named on an agreed buyer question, on two agreed AI apps, within 45 days of launch, you get a full refund and keep the work. Named means at least 6 of 10 answers, measured the same way before and after. The agreed buyer questions, the two AI apps and the method are written into the engagement letter before work starts. A refund is paid within seven business days of the day 45 measurement.

6. Monthly programs

Programs cost $2,000 (Local), $3,500 (Growth) or $6,500 and up (Scale) a month. The first term is 90 days, because the comparison between the worked and untouched questions needs about that long to read. After that, programs run month to month and can be cancelled in any month with no notice period; the final month is delivered.

7. The program guarantee

The baseline, the fixes and the control report are delivered to our published standard, or your baseline fee comes back. Nobody controls what an AI says. We never promise a fixed spot or a rank.

8. Payment

Invoiced through Wise. One time work is paid 50% at the start and 50% at delivery.

9. Ownership

You own every page, file and listing we ship. KailxLabs may name you as a client or publish results about your engagement only with your written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

10. How we work

We never write fake reviews, script review wording, offer incentives for reviews, plant threads or post under fake names. Community answers are written by your own named team, with disclosure. Nothing goes live and no pitch goes out without approval.

11. Your responsibilities

You provide accurate facts about your business, and you are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of content in regulated fields (medical, legal, financial) before it is published.

12. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The guarantees above are the exclusive remedy for the outcomes they cover.

13. Changes and contact
