Fix what AI gets wrong.
KailxLabs brand facts work finds what AI says wrong about your brand and fixes it where it starts. We trace each old price, wrong policy or stale claim to the page AI took it from, then correct that page, listing or review. It is included in the Growth program at $3,500 a month and the Scale program from $6,500 a month.
What does AI get wrong?
The costly mistakes are rarely dramatic. They are small facts that were true once, repeated with confidence to a buyer who is ready to decide.
Old prices and plans
A launch price from an old review, a plan you retired, a discount that ended. Buyers arrive expecting a number you no longer charge.
Wrong policies
Returns, refunds, trials, warranties and contract terms quoted from an outdated page or a rival comparison.
Stale claims
Features you removed, integrations you dropped, locations you closed, or a category you left years ago.
Mixed up with someone else
A similar name, a former brand name or a parent company, blended into one answer about you.
Trace it. Fix the source.
Correcting your own site is rarely enough. AI often quotes a third party page that still carries the old fact, so we follow each error back to where it started.
Ask, and ask again
Our agents ask your buyer questions about price, policy and features several times on each AI app. One odd answer never decides anything; an error counts once it repeats.
Match the name exactly
We match your brand, product and plan names exactly, so a rival with a similar name is never mistaken for you, and a blended answer is flagged.
Trace the source
For every wrong fact we record the page each answer cited: your own old page, a review, a directory, a comparison or a news story.
Correct it where it lives
We update your pages, redirect retired ones, fix listings and profiles, and ask publishers to correct the record with a source they can check.
Check until it changes
We rerun the same questions the same way and report how many answers still carry the error, app by app.
One error, traced.
| Stage | What we found |
|---|---|
| The answer | AI quotes Northdesk's old starter plan, which ended last year. |
| The source | A comparison post on a software blog, written at launch and never updated, cited in most of the wrong answers. |
| The fix | A note to the editor with the current pricing page, plus a clear pricing table on Northdesk's own site with the date it changed. |
| The check | The same question rerun on the same app, reported as answers with the old price against answers with the new one. |

What is the KailxLabs brand facts service?
We find what ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity get wrong about your brand, trace each error to the page it came from and correct it at the source. It is included in the Growth program at $3,500 a month and in Scale, which adds ongoing brand perception and fact tracking.
Can you make ChatGPT forget an old price?
Nobody can edit an AI's answer directly. Nobody controls what an AI says. We never promise a fixed spot or a rank. What works is changing what AI reads: the page it cites, the listing it trusts, the review that quotes the old number. Then we check again until the answers change.
How do you know an error is real and not a one off?
We ask each question several times on each app. An error counts only when it repeats, and we report how many answers carried it, with the source each answer cited.
What if the wrong fact is on a site we do not control?
We contact the publisher, the directory or the review platform with the correct fact and a source for it. If they will not change it, we make sure a clearer, more current source exists for AI to prefer.
How do you match our brand name?
Names are matched exactly, including the product and plan names you use. A near miss or a rival with a similar name is recorded as its own brand, never counted as you.
