Who we are

KailxLabs is led by Kailesk Khumar and works remotely with clients worldwide. The data controller for this site is KailxLabs, reachable at kailesk@kailxlabs.co.

What we collect

• Form submissions: name, work email, website, what you sell, the question you want AI to answer with your name, and how you found us. The submission is emailed to Kailesk through Resend and a confirmation is emailed to you. To stop spam, the server checks the request origin and applies rate limits per IP address and per email address; those counters are held in memory and not stored.
• Bookings: when you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy and shares them with us.
• Engagement files: the facts, pages and access you share during an engagement, kept for the engagement and 30 days after, then deleted on request.
• Site analytics: Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not store raw IP addresses. When a page records an automated visit (for example an AI crawler), our server forwards the visitor's IP address and user agent to Plausible so the visit can be counted.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent data, run advertising or cross site trackers, or store health information, privileged legal communications or card details.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. The embedded Cal.com calendar may set cookies needed to book a call.

• Vercel: hosting and serverless functions.
• Resend: transactional email for form notifications and confirmations.
• Plausible Analytics: cookieless site analytics.
• Cal.com: call booking.
• Google Workspace: email.
• GitHub: source code for client work.
• Slack: client communication during engagements.
• Wise: invoicing and payment.

Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

How long we keep data

• Form submissions: until we have replied, plus 90 days for follow up.
• Engagement files: the engagement plus 30 days.
• Analytics: aggregate only, 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing kailesk@kailxlabs.co with the subject "Data request". We reply within seven days, and we honour GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA rights wherever you are.

We update this policy when our practices change; the date above shows the current version. See also the terms of service.
