Every location, named by AI.
KailxLabs gets every location of a franchise or multi location brand named when customers ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity who to choose. We work with head office to fix each location’s profiles and pages for each engine, and measure every location on its own. Brands start with a $1,500 baseline, then the Scale program from $6,500 a month.
What customers ask AI.
Examples of the questions we measure per market. Yours come from each location’s calls and bookings.
Example questions, not client data.
Where location answers come from.
Engines rarely agree on which location to name, so each engine and each location needs its own read.
Different sources per engine
Google’s AI answers lean on each location’s Business Profile. ChatGPT now draws on Yelp in relevant categories. Apple Business feeds Maps and Siri; Bing Places feeds Bing and Copilot.

One real page per location
Pages with facts only that location has: staff, services offered there, insurance accepted, hours, parking. Thin city pages for places with no office are a doorway risk under Google’s spam policy.

Best of pages per city
Editorial "best in your city" lists appear across AI answers for local questions. Each market has its own, so placements are earned market by market.
Consistent facts everywhere
A wrong hour on one directory can surface in one engine only. Consistent names, hours and services across every listing fix wrong answers, even where they do not lift rankings.
Per location, within the rules
Each location’s reviews shape its own answers. Yelp forbids asking for reviews and Google bans incentives, so review work stays inside platform rules.
The brand behind the locations
What AI says about the brand as a whole, including prices, policies and "is it any good" questions, comes from your main site, press and communities.
What we do for franchise brands.
Four pieces of work, run from head office, each judged on the number it can move: locations named, with the right facts.
Win every location.
Every location measured on its own, with the right profile fixed for each engine and one real page per real location.
AI visibility baselineSee every location.
Priority questions per market, asked on every major AI app until the answer settles, with a row per engine and per location.
Brand factsFix wrong hours and services.
Wrong facts traced to the directory or page that spread them, corrected at the source across every location.
Citation engineeringEarn the city lists.
Places on the best of pages AI cites in each market, earned and disclosed.
Worked locations, untouched locations.
Before we start, we split your locations or questions in two. We work on one half and leave the other alone. Priority questions checked daily, with several runs each time, and every engine and location gets its own row with a count and a likely range.
A change counts only when the ranges separate. The question text is stored and run from each market, so a franchisee can check any number in the report.
The usual path for a brand.
Programs run month to month after the first 90 days.
A measured read of 50 buyer questions on four to six AI apps: who AI names instead of you, the sources behind them, and the fix list. Five working days. Credited in full if you start a program within 30 days.
Start with a baselineEverything in Growth on 80 or more questions, per location measurement, and a research study each quarter built on your data.

What we never promise
Nobody controls what an AI says. We never promise a fixed spot or a rank.
Franchise questions, answered.
Who buys this: head office or franchisees?
Head office. KailxLabs works with brand marketing teams and their agencies, because consistent facts, location pages and measurement are set centrally. Franchisees get a report per location they can trust.
Why measure every location separately?
Engines rarely agree on the top location for the same question, and answers change town to town. One blended number hides the locations that are missing. We report per engine and per location, with ranges.
Should we build a page for every city we serve?
Only for real locations. Google’s spam policy treats thin pages for places with no office as doorways. One real page per real location, with facts only that location has, is the safe and useful standard.
How is the Scale program priced for many locations?
The Scale program starts at $6,500 a month and rises with the number of locations and questions. You get the price in writing after the baseline.
