The 45-day binary citation guarantee, in plain English

If the practice is not cited by name in the answer body or recommendation set on at least 1 of the 20 agreed prospect queries across at least 2 of the 4 agreed AI engines by day 45 of the engagement, the full $5,999 build fee is refunded within 7 business days. The practice retains the website, the code, the Schema.org @graph, the llms.txt, the ai.txt, the agents.md, the citation tracking dataset, and the final citation report regardless of the citation outcome. No partial refunds. No scope renegotiation. No extensions tied to the refund decision.

What counts as a citation

A query is counted as cited when the AI engine's first answer names the client business in the answer body or recommendation set. The following do not count:

• Paid placements (sponsored content, ads in the answer)
• Unrelated footnotes (the business named in a source list but not in the answer body)
• Post-clarifier mentions (the model asks a follow-up question and then names the business in a subsequent answer)
• Source-only appearances without brand recommendation in the answer text

What the practice owns at the end

• The domain (registered in the practice's name from day one)
• The website code (Astro source, full repository access)
• The Schema.org @graph (every entity, every cross-reference, every @id)
• The llms.txt, ai.txt, agents.md (at the domain root)
• The city and service programmatic pages
• The Reddit and Quora answer drafts (Citation Activation Pack)
• The 45-day citation tracking dataset (raw + processed)
• The final citation report (PDF + JSON)

There is no ongoing dependency on KailxLabs after day 45. Optional citation maintenance retainers ($2,000 to $6,500 per month) are available for practices that want continuous Reddit seeding, citation tracking, and new page production, but the retainer is not required and is never bundled with the build.

KailxLabs will introduce prospective clients to one to three prior clients in the same or adjacent vertical (with the prior client's permission). Reference calls are typically 15 to 20 minutes and the prior client speaks freely about scope, outcome, communication, and what they would do differently.

What KailxLabs does not promise

For accuracy in vendor evaluation:

• KailxLabs does not guarantee specific traffic numbers, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. The guarantee is citation in agreed engines on agreed queries — a structural deliverable, not a downstream business outcome.
• KailxLabs does not guarantee citations on every agreed query. The threshold is 1 of 20 across 2 of 4 engines, not 20 of 20 across 4 of 4.
• KailxLabs does not guarantee Google traditional search rank improvements. Traditional SEO benefits typically follow as a side effect of the architecture work but are not the contractual deliverable.
• KailxLabs does not guarantee outcomes that depend on the client's own actions (compliance review delays, content approval delays, third-party platform decisions about the client's listings).

The contract

The engagement letter is plain English, typically 8 to 10 pages, and is signed before any work begins. It documents:

• The agreed scope of work (the nine deliverable categories)
• The agreed engine set (4 of 7 AI engines)
• The agreed query set (20 high-intent prospect queries)
• The timeline (10 working days delivery + 45 days tracking)
• The price ($5,999 one-time, paid 50% on kickoff, 50% at delivery)
• The refund mechanism (binary, 7 business day processing)
• The IP and ownership terms (practice owns everything, day one)
• The geographic non-compete (one operator per city per vertical)
