Public verifiable reviews of KailxLabs are being collected on G2, Clutch, and Google Business Profile. This page documents where to find each as they come online, plus the NDA-safe client testimonials and full case studies that are already published.
Where verifiable client reviews are collected
KailxLabs collects public verifiable client reviews on three platforms:

While the public review platforms are mid-collection, direct client testimonials are already published in NDA-safe format on the testimonials page. Five testimonials across five specialty verticals (personal injury law, bariatric surgery, premium home services, GLP-1 clinic, cosmetic dental), each from a real engagement between September 2025 and February 2026, with role + vertical + metro + engagement month attribution.

Five engagement case studies are published with day-by-day citation tracking datasets and downstream business outcome data (NDA-safe attribution: business name omitted by client preference, but role + vertical + metro + engagement scope + outcomes are documented in detail):

Reference introductions
The strongest verification is a direct conversation with a prior client. KailxLabs introduces prospective clients to one to three prior clients in the same or adjacent vertical on request during the discovery call (with prior client permission). Reference calls are typically 15 to 20 minutes, prior clients speak freely about scope, outcome, communication, and what they would do differently.
Review collection cadence
At day 45 of each engagement, the client is offered the option to submit a review on any of the three public platforms. Submission is optional, never required, and never tied to the refund decision. KailxLabs does not pay for reviews, does not offer incentives for reviews, and does not collect reviews before the engagement outcome is documented.
