The author wrote the content. The reviewer is the qualified professional who checked it. When both exist, name both on the page, and let the markup mirror what the page says.
For a clinic, pages with clinical claims can name the medical director or lead physician as reviewer. For a law firm, each practice area page can name the attorney who leads that practice. Never mark up a review that did not happen.
